In person, together
Community Support Hubs.
Living with Cauda Equina Syndrome can feel isolating, especially when those around you don’t fully understand the challenges. Our Hubs bring people together in a safe, welcoming environment where friendships form, experiences are shared, and support is freely given.
Our first hub — Liverpool.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, living with long-term effects, caring for a loved one, or simply looking to connect with others who truly understand — the Liverpool hub will be a place where nobody has to face their journey alone.

Building a UK-wide network.
Liverpool is just the beginning. We’re working with local housing associations and councils to secure venues for coffee meet-ups and gatherings, and we’ll be training volunteers to lead Cauda Equina Support Hubs in towns and cities across the UK.
If you’d like to host or help start a hub in your area — or if your venue could provide space — please get in touch.
Together, we’re building a community where support, understanding and hope are always within reach.
